Transmission Insulators

Transmission networks operate at high voltages and are often exposed to severe environmental pollution. Maintaining traditional porcelain insulators in such conditions is both hazardous and costly. ASAsoft®’s silicone-based insulators offer a safer, more cost-effective alternative by featuring self-cleaning capabilities, as well as a wide operational temperature range from +50°C (122°F) to -50°C (-58°F). Our Lightweight® design also simplifies installation, worker safety, and efficiency. The lightweight nature of the insulators makes the installation process easier and more efficient.

While we provide data sheets for standard voltage levels commonly used in North America, ASAsoft® also offers custom manufacturing of transmission insulators tailored to your specific system requirements.

Whether your project requires compliance with regional standards (IEC, ANSI, CSA, etc.), adaptation to extreme climate conditions, or unique mechanical and electrical specifications – we’re ready to work closely with your engineering team to develop optimal solutions.
