ASAsoft (Canada) Inc. warrants the units supplied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal use, for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase.

If the units so supplied, should malfunction, it must be returned to the factory for evaluation. ASAsoft (Canada) Inc. Customer Service Department will issue a Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number immediately upon email request. Upon examination by ASAsoft (Canada) Inc., if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. ASAsoft (Canada) Inc’s WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion, current, heat, moisture or vibration, improper specification, misapplication, misuse or other operating conditions outside of ASAsoft (Canada) Inc’s control. The purchaser’s only remedy for the breach of this warranty shall be repair or replacement FOB factory. The Purchaser is the first buyer and our warranty is not transferable and not assignable. ASAsoft (Canada) Inc’s liability extends maximum to the selling price of the product
